Matt Balcik - CEO of PASHA Hospitality

Matt Balcik is a hospitality executive and the CEO of PASHA Hospitality, one of Azerbaijan’s prominent groups. With a career spanning decades in the hospitality industry, Matt has built his experience from the ground up, beginning his journey as a bellboy and progressing into senior leadership.

 

Today, he oversees a growing portfolio of 23 hotels in 4 countries, bringing together international hospitality standards with a deep understanding of the Azerbaijani and regional market. Under his leadership, Absheron Hotel Group has developed a diverse portfolio of properties across Azerbaijan, operating hotels across different segments and serving both international and local guests.
