Jalal Gasimov - CEO of PASHA Holding

Jalal Gasimov is the Chief Executive Officer of PASHA Holding, one of Azerbaijan’s leading private business groups and a major regional investment company. He has held senior leadership positions across Azerbaijan’s banking and financial sectors and previously served as CEO of Unibank and Chairman of the Executive Board of Bank of Baku. He holds an MBA from Warwick Business School.

 

Established in 2006 and headquartered in Baku, PASHA Holding is a diversified investment group with businesses spanning banking, insurance, investments and brokerage, technology, retail, construction, real estate, tourism and hospitality. Its portfolio includes businesses such as Kapital Bank, PASHA Bank, PASHA Insurance, PASHA Life, PASHA Capital, PASHA Technology, Bravo and the PASHA Real Estate Group. As of the end of 2024, the Group reported AZN 23.3 billion in total assets and more than 22,000 employees.
